For an earlier lower-star review that I gave on a yoga chair where the extension malfunctioned, this is an updated 5-star review as Garmade's customer service officer, Olga, took the time to understand the issue, reviewed photo/video, and eventually reshipped the necessary part to me. All that was done with consideration and I greatly appreciate Olga's kind assistance and the company's commitment to providing a satisfactory shopping experience.
