Delivered non-working fridge and won't replace it
The refrigerator they delivered did not work. Shop Appliance will not replace it with a new one. They will only send out a repair technician and the wait for that is over 10 days. Going 10+ days without a working refrigerator is unacceptable. It would be hard to be less satisfied than I am. I do not recommend this company.
