DO NOT ORDER FROM SHOP APPLIANCES, ITS A SCAM. I have been waiting 2 months for my fridge, was told twice that the fridge and the replacement I picked were out of stock after picking with a representative. I had to email and call several times to get a single work around answer every time I tried to follow up. I didn't get any actual help until I mass emailed everyone that had responded to my emails after the tried to charge me more money, telling them I wasn't sending them another penny, and that they were going to fix my order or there would be action taken against the company. The shipping company is just as horrible. I was supposed to FINALLY receive my fridge last week. My husband rescheduled his appointments to be home for them to reschedule last minute without saying anything. I would cancel my order if it was an option. Will pursue action against the company if my order doesn't arrive again after rescheduling shipping due to their mistake.

This is the worst Company, that I have EVER Dealt with. They are so inefficient, that they have to call you everyday after placing your order with a LIVE Agent, to review your order daily with you. I finally cancelled after the fourth call, but they did not cancel the order. The order was shipped by the manufacturer, and they expected me to take delivery. Dryer showed up with a huge dent in it. I didnt accept it. Customer service called the next trying to get me to take it for 10% off. Told them to kick rocks. Washing machine stopped working 2 days after it was installed. It was a HUGE battle with customer service trying to get a service tech out....50 days later we finally got a technician out, we'll at this point we have already bought a new washing machine. So now we have 2 because they won't accept the broken one back. TERRIBLE COMPANY. DONT BUY FROM THEM!
After trying to buy from The local Home depot with their delivery date of Dec. 2nd which was u acceptable. Shop appliances delivered the appliances we wanted on Aug. 17th The install team was there by 8:00 and gone by 9:45. It was done neatly and professionally. Shop Appliances Rock !!!!
1 freezer was delivered, but one needed to be returned and replaced (ordered the wrong size). Return was fine. Fridge was shipped directly from carrier (I paid for install) so it sat in my courtyard for weeks. New freezer was arranged to ship from Shop Appliances so they could install with fridge. Day of delivery I was told by driver they could not install and would send a different team. Didn't hear from them in over a week and called back. Was told they are not qualified to install and to find my own installers. It has taken 2 months to try and get both refunds for installation and countless hours on the phone with SA. Eventually had to dispute with my credit card. Asked them to provide detailed billing report and I was sent screenshots of ChatGBT. Such a headache and customer support is a crapshoot. Some are helpful, many are not.
I order an air conditioner/heater wall unit on a Thursday and had it on Monday. Delivery service was excellent, they brough it in, box was in good shape, The unit its working wonderful.

Additionally, I paid for the removal of my old refrigerator, but the company failed to inform me that they would leave me with the large cardboard box (which was larger than the refrigerator) and claimed that this was not their responsibility. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this company. They utilize a contractor, and when contacted regarding the delivery, they said it had not arrived at the main warehouse and could not secure any delivery date, and they could not provide me with any specific information about the expected arrival time.
After reading reviews I was a little nervous but to be honest getting in contact with customer service was very easy. They were very friendly and helpful. I even asked for my order to be expedited because my existing refrigerator was on it's last leg and it came much sooner than expected! It was a great experience TBH!

Salesman was very good delivery was very unprofessional And then there was minor dents in the dryer the delivery men didn't give me chance to write anything on the delivery paper work. Shop appliances was supposed to refund 170.00 for damage and return pickup fee because I already had the old washer and dryer removed. So very disappointed in the whole deal a lesson learned
We waited OVER A MONTH for our refrigerator and microwave to be delivered!!! When is was finally time to be delivered the carrier only waited 10 min. for someone to be home before they left. Per conversation with carrier, we were supposed to receive an hour call prior to delivery for someone to be home. We never got it. The driver called from the driveway and then left after 10 min. We expected that from AM Trucking as they are already rated 1.4 Stars on TrustPilot. When we contacted ShopAppliance.com, we were given the run around and told we would be charged an additional $125 for redelivery or pay a 10% Cancellation fee AND $349 return fee. Not only did ShopAppliance.com take the side of the incompetent delivery company, they are charging customer a fee for THEIR MISTAKES!!!! Unbelievably rude and arrogant customer service agents!! None of my properties or businesses will ever use ShopAppliance.com again. Scam of a scam through and through!
