Consumers note that staff members are thoroughly knowledgeable and provide detailed descriptions, making the entire purchasing and warranty experience exceptionally smooth, positive, and very convenient. This is in regards to a warranty with a whirlpool dishwasher.

This is in regards to a warranty with CPS purchased in 2023. We recently filed for coverage regarding our whirlpool dishwasher. I was initially promised complete satisfaction however, after completing a thorough review, you confirmed the plastic trap that was cracked was physical damage, which was excluded from the warranty. However, you declined how or when the crack occurred and not assigning fault to anyone. These comments contradict each other. If you cannot determine how or when the crack occurred then what evidence do you have saying it resulted from physical or impact damage rather than a manufacturer defect material failure or a failure that occurred during normal operation. A cracked plastic component does not prove impact damage. I was not provided with any technical findings engineering analysis, or evidence, demonstrating that the crack was caused by an external impact instead of a covered mechanical or material failure I feel the denial was based on assumption rather than demonstrated cause. I was lastly referred to Arlene Contraste relationship manager After corresponding back-and-forth, she asked me to refrain from further emails and correspondence regarding this claim as they have no additional information and will not be responding to further communication ….so much for”complete satisfaction”. I would NOT recommend doing business with CPS!
