Poor CS, incompentant Delivery.
This company and their delivery persons are incompetent. I have had them repeatedly contacting me trying to get into my building to do a delivery to someone else. I've contacted their customer service to no avail, each time they said it would stop, it does not. They also leave the boxes OUTSIDE the building when they can't get in.
