Filters aren't standard size - they claim I should've measured better
They have a page claiming they're better than Honeywell. (You'll have to go to the website - I can't link here.) Then they claim that I should've measured better. Can't record their chat. They won't refund money because outside of 90-day return. Their filters aren't even close in measurement to a standard 16x25x4. Chat "cuts out" (I'm pretty sure it's a bot); keep asking "if I'm still there" when I've asked several questions -- it's the chat equivalent of "can't hear you driving into a tunnel." It's a scam. Avoid. We're disputing with our credit card company. Who wants a box of four useless filters?
