Issue resolved in one call
I called Fortis tech support for an issue that required calling an old processor under Fortis. Lily was wonderful throughout the call and helped every step of the way. She even suggested and helped me view 3 of my merchant accounts under a single businesstrack login so I dont have to login under 3 different locations. This will save me a lot of time in the future.
