40 days since order, no product, and double charged.
It's been nearly 40 days since I placed my order. They have made excuse after excuse, it's gotten returned from the airport, and long story short, this website is a complete scam. Check your bank accounts; they double charged me, too. Do not trust Nerdywave. UPDATE: They offered me 10% back on my order on 2/21/26 and never paid it out, then just emailed me again on 3/8/26 to offer it AGAIN. They REFUSE to give a refund even though my product is over 40 days late. This company is a complete scam. UPDATE 2 AFTER THEY REPLIED: They asked me to reach out to their support team with my bank statement even though I've sent the information 7, yes 7, different times. They are posturing for the sake of positive reviews. I will update again when I actually get refunded or 7 days from now (presently 3/8, so 3/15) if I don't. Also, here's what the last email says word for word to prove they only act for the sake of reviews: "This is a humble request from us: could you please delete the negative review after you receive the refund? We truly hope to get your understanding and forgiveness for this unexpected problem, and we will definitely improve our logistics service to avoid similar situations from happening again." Funny how the review wasn't mentioned in my emails with them, but they suddenly acted once I posted here. Do not trust this website. UPDATE 3 (3/22/26): - They finally processed a refund and are now bombarding me with emails about removing this review. I have no intent of removing this review just because they claim to have "updated their logistics and shipping processes". I am reviewing my experience and, even up to this point, it has been a negative months long headache that won't go away.
