Late arrival and garbage product
I ordered a custom paint by number the last week for November to receive it for a Christmas gift. I just received it today, January 4th. I contacted the company several times to inquire about the status of my order, with little to no reply. The phone number is disconnected. The image is distorted and I am not impressed. I am contacting my credit card company for a refund for a product received defective. Do not order from this company. The custom product is terrible, the paint colours look like garbage, and the customer service is horrendous.
