Ordered an item at the end of May, then one beginning of June. After weeks of no information or product I started contacting them. Briefly; I contacted them nearly twenty times, sometimes ignored, sometimes told my message was being escalated to the relevant department only to never hear anything. I finally demanded a refund in July and they asked what the issue with the product was. Still never had the products. I had to request refunds through PayPal to get anywhere & finally had that today. I’d advise against placing any orders.
I ordered from this company on 2/17. No confirmation sent. No product received. But card was charged. After reaching out via email- I received an email on 2/28 saying I would be refunded. No refund. No product received. Called customer service. Promised refund. Nothing. Disputed through PayPal and credit card. Now no answer at customer service. There are plenty of other places to buy from…do that. Don’t use this company.
I ordered a custom paint by number the last week for November to receive it for a Christmas gift. I just received it today, January 4th. I contacted the company several times to inquire about the status of my order, with little to no reply. The phone number is disconnected.
The image is distorted and I am not impressed. I am contacting my credit card company for a refund for a product received defective.
Do not order from this company. The custom product is terrible, the paint colours look like garbage, and the customer service is horrendous.
I am giving it one star because there is no lower score. I ordered 5 paintings that have NO resemblance to those advertised on their site. The colors are completely off, only tones of yellow, grey green but the pictures should have all the colors of the rainbow. Very disappointed, through them away before completion. Won't buy again.
Well, I didn't read the reviews about the company before I ordered. I usually am very careful. So....yep, I was scammed too. Ordered the product, never received it, no email response, of course no working phone number. 😡🤬
Happy to report I ordered two custom canvases February 6th and received them March 23rd 2023. Wanted to share my experience, since there are a few reviews saying it is a scam. I will agree their emails could use some work, with the tracking button not working. And tracking number seemingly not matching, but all I can say is my items have arrived! I'm excited to do them with my husband.
Do Not Order From Them!!! SCAM!!’ Charged me but never delivered the product. Customer service number does not work and no one responds to emails either. Absolutely terrible waste of time!!
The entire process of ordering was just as advertised. The materials, paint, brushes and canvas were just as described. Order received punctually. Puzzled by other negative reviews.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - FRAUDULENT.
I ordered (2) canvases, and like almost every other review on this, they took my money and sent an email saying they were shipped, but they have never been received. There is no contact information and they just took my money. DO NOT, I REPEAT....DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE if you want to get your order. This is a scam site!
this is a fraudulent site originalpaintbynumber.com, we need to report and put an end to their fraudulent activities. people pay and never get orders. originalpaintbynumber.com never reply to emails, there is nothing. they sent me fake tracking number to track my order, invalid link and they keep sending me promotions so that i order more. well organized!
Ordered two paint by numbers which never arrived. I wrote to them several times but no one ever responded. Do not buy from them you will lose money and never get the product.
terrible. ordered a custom paint by number which took forever to come. when it did, all of the colors were wrong and it was all in the wrong place! i contacted them multiple times, just to get an automated response saying they’re getting a lot of emails right now. it’s been weeks now and they have never answered my email let alone my request for a refund.
on 3/22/21 i paid for 4 paint by number sets.....2 of which i created with picture files of my cairn terrier, and 2 were of jesus......they were supposed to have been here by 6/4-6/10......i never got them after buying many that did get here....i sent repeated messages that they never replied to....apparently someone on their end put a bad address on these 4....and they apparently were returned to china....but i was never given a refund for them...now i see why they have so many bad reviews
Scam company. Ordered over 3 months ago and still not arrived and I’m pretty positive it never will. Tried to make contact with them, But met with silence on every occasion.
Plus They bombard me with spam emails daily.
Could’ve painted the Sistine chapel by now.
Avoid avoid avoid.
I ordered from this company May last year - still have not received my package. I've emailed them a million times - the same old autoreply time and time again.
Absolute pathetic - also sure it is a scam company.
I ordered a picture in October, but I haven’t received it yet even though it has been half a year since I ordered. I wrote them 3 times about it, but they don’t answer. Really frustrating😏☹️
This company deserves zero stars. Pretty sure it's a scam. The only contact info is an email. You never talk to a real person. when you send an email they send you one back asking you opinion on how they are doing but the link is broken and doesn't work. I order two custom paint by numbers over a year ago and still have not received my order. At first I thought covid was slowing it down but it is just a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
SCAM COMPANY. Don't buy from this company. Bought a product that I never received. Have contacted the company but never heard back from them. Impossible to get my money back.
