Very bad experience with Novelship
I had a very bad experience with Novelship and would not recommend buying from them. First, the delivery took much longer than expected. After waiting for my order, I found that the shoes did not fit me, so I requested an exchange for a bigger size. Novelship asked me to pay an additional SGD 44 for the exchange, which I did. I then sent the shoes back as instructed. However, after receiving them, Novelship refused the exchange because I had removed their authentication tag. This requirement was not made sufficiently clear before I returned the shoes. Instead of exchanging them, they asked me to pay another SGD 3.82 just to have my own shoes returned. As a result, I lost a lot of time and money. I paid for the shoes, paid the exchange fee, paid to send them back, and then had to pay again to get them returned—yet I still did not receive the size I needed. The whole process was frustrating, slow, and very customer-unfriendly. I expected much better customer service and a more reasonable solution. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had.
