Received my phone today s22 ultra and the led screen got problem. The top light and side light is blur Contacted the customer service but their reply is so long So hard to contact them And their WhatsApp’s is totally useless no one is replying. I have been sending email to their support too but totally no care about this. Bad experiences with this Please purchase with care. Please check the phone you purchased carefully . This will be my last time buying in this shop and will never recommend any friends or family in future. Very bad platform After verification compasia customer service told me that they need to take buy the phone and do a check and can only send back to me after more than 7 days . Dam bad service and their manpower is low.
