I have tried to purchase from this company three times, and all three orders were canceled without any reasonable explanation. This clearly shows a lack of organization, poor inventory control, and a dysfunctional website. My last order was: Order SB31033620. If you’re buying something simple, you might get lucky. But in my case — and in all three attempts — I was placing orders of $700 or more, using my long-standing Shop account and my usual shipping address. Still, every order was canceled. Customer service is no better. They simply respond with meaningless explanations and fail to resolve anything. In short: I will never buy from them again. A very poor experience. ⚠️ BE VERY CAREFUL before purchasing.
