i tried to order and signed up for newsletter (does not require the dual step). instead of getting the 5% i get a 'black friday 8%' which of course does not work. replying to the email (service-de@...) bounces. Is this company real ? If already sales/marketing is fractured like this, i wonder how the products are ..
