CJ was great when I first started, But lately, I've noticed several delays in sourcing ordered products, which in turn, have resulted in shipping delays and customer complains. Orders are pending for weeks, and they advertise they ship items within 3 days. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take necessary actions to address this
