Interior Icon was easy to deal with. With in 24 hours I was contacted regarding my questions and they were answered correctly and in a timely manner. I’ve bought a lot of furniture from them and my wife and I think they have some of the best designs and good prices.
I bought over 8k furniture from interior icon, the sectional was packed well and didn’t suffer any damage during shipping. Subsequently I ordered four high chairs but unfortunately one of the chairs was not assembled completely and is missing its rubber feet. It’s been a week since I informed the service department but they have not responded with any useful information. The chair with out the rubber feet is not usable as it scratches my wood floor. It shouldn’t take a week to figure out if you have rubber feet or not. They should have replaced the chair or they need better quality control on their production line. My issue is still unresolved.
