I've been a customer of Boll and Branch for years now, and both their product and their customer service are top notch. I just made a $900+ order but totally forgot to include the discount code, which would have made a significant price difference. I just wrote Victor at B&B, and he right away credited my card for the difference, no questions asked! Seems to me most companies wouldn't do that for me. Their knee-jerk response would be more like, "Oh, we CANT adjust your order once it has processed," which means they WONT adjust it.
