Boll and Branch is a step above the rest. Ive purchased many sheet sets and comforters and always know every purchase will be perfect. This is why I bought the waffle bathrobe. As always this item is perfect. Its texture is soft yet you can still feel the waffle texture. It is like wearing a blanket and it is fantastic. I loved it so much i got one for my husband who has always claimed to never want a bathrobe. He also loves it. Thanks boll and branch for coming through once again.

The sheets are oversized
The sheets are oversized. No, they do not shrink even in hot water and high temperature in the dryer! Too many crinkles in the fitted sheet, as this too is made too big!!! Definitely soft sheets, I would not pay this kind of money again for oversized sheets. They should be snug on the fitted sheet.

Linens for a B&B
We ordered a Dream comforter, dream boanket, and Dream robe to test out for our small Bed & Breakfast. We absolutely love the quality of the products, the texture, weight, colors, and warmth. We had a minor issue that Shakeya handled promptly and professionally, we could not have asked for a better customer experience. We will be upgrading all of our linens soon because of the quality of the product and because of the professional policies in place by the people that work there.

I made an expensive purchase on sheets. I wasn't thrilled with the set i had purchase or the amount I paid for them. They are good but not what I expected for what I paid. Boll and branch offered to send me another set they thought I would prefer. This level of service exceeded my expectations of what good customer service is. I'm gonna give this other set of sheet a try. Im hoping ill love them. The customer service with this company is top notch. Customer service is everything when your spending your hard earned money on a bit of luxury. Thanks for being a great company

No different from other bedding
I sleep very warm with a pillow top mattress and really wanted cooling sheets. These sheets were no different from my others. They recommend to not use fabric softener so when I washed them before using I didn't. They are quite rough. The light-weight cooling alternative down comforter is much heavier than my down and very warm as well. I was just as hot as with my other sheets despite paying quite a bit for these. There must be something else about them as my cat, who usually sleeps next to me, got on the bed, sniffed a bit and left. so that was sad that she noticed the difference.
