Great - if you’re looking for an exfoliator
As a big fan of Boll & Branch sheets (so good!) I was super excited to try their bath towels. They’re pricey at about $190 for four (I got them for about $160 on sale) but figured they’d be of the same luxurious quality as the sheets. I’m very sad to report that I was wrong. These might be the worst sheets I’ve purchased since I was a broke twenty-something. Thin, rough, and of average size, they’re something I’d expect to find at a Holiday Inn… which would be fine if I hadn’t paid a Four Seasons price. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The Hotel Collection at Sam’s Club is thicker, softer, and bigger at a quarter of the price.

Wonderful customer service
I had the most wonderful experience with their customer service. I love their products. They are high-quality and the sheets are wonderfully soft. I contacted customer service for a minor issue and they resolved the it immediately, professionally and pleasantly . I will never buy my sheets from any other company but theirs.

I've been a customer of Boll and Branch…
I've been a customer of Boll and Branch for years now, and both their product and their customer service are top notch. I just made a $900+ order but totally forgot to include the discount code, which would have made a significant price difference. I just wrote Victor at B&B, and he right away credited my card for the difference, no questions asked! Seems to me most companies wouldn't do that for me. Their knee-jerk response would be more like, "Oh, we CANT adjust your order once it has processed," which means they WONT adjust it.

From fan to loyal customer
I LOVE these sheets, and when one of my fitted sheets wore through prematurely I was upset I'd paid so much. I was very pleased (and surprised) to have the company make it right. The customer service rep was friendly and helpful, and turned me into a loyal customer. This kind of customer care makes it absolutely worth the cost.

My customer service experience was great!
The customer service agent I had was Maeve. She was great and very patient with me as I had a crazy amount of stuff going on in my life, and it took me long to reply back to her. I have been a new customer to B&B, but I made quite a lot of purchases between Aug and Dec of 2025. One thing I ordered I didn't use until very early spring, because of my colors. I had an issue with a sham pillow case being faulty. Maeve got the approval for a whole new bedding duvet sham set, and the new suggestion avoided any future issues with fraying. I love the color too! Very happy!

I love Boll and Branch!
I love Boll and Branch products! It's good quality that lasts. I've even purchased an item as a gift. I was not entirely thrilled with a duvet insert I purchased, it was beautiful quality but it was much hotter to sleep under than I expected since I purchased the lightweight, down alternative one. I was able to return the insert and exchange it for a new set of sheets instead. The return was easy and the customer service department was very helpful when I had questions about the exchange. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered sheets which have been used for 6 months and they began pilling. This is unusual for Boll and Branch sheets, so I wanted to let them know. They asked for pictures and immediately sent me out a new set. This was excellent customer service, and it was the decision maker for me to continue buying their products.

100% the best sheets and service I've ever experience
The sheets are amazing quality - perfect weight and texture. They feel like luxury sheets. We had a small spot discoloration on the set of sheets we received. B&B fully replaced the sheets within 24 hours and did not require us to send back the sheets with the issue (so convenient). I am likely a lifelong consumer if they can keep up the great quality and service.

I bought the most luxurious flannel…
I bought the most luxurious flannel sheets from Bolle & Branch and I told everyone about them! My daughter in law surprised me with a regular set but I needed another set of regular pillows sheets. I ordered them and paid the shipping because I did not meet the minimum. When I received the survey about my experience, I commented on how with the sheets being so expensive, the minimum should be lower just in case a customer wanted to come back to get extra pillow cases. Their customer service listens. I received a lovely response from a rep who refunded me for the shipping of the extra pillow cases. The best sheets on the market have the best customer service as well!

This is my favorite bedding I’ve ever owned. The waffle weave blanket is wonderful and the percale sheets are sublime! In addition, their customer service is superb. I’m very happy with my purchases and would highly recommend their bedding to anyone.

High Quality Bed Fram & Excellent Customer Service
High Quality product and amazing customer service. They resolved an issue we raised with the bed frame we purchased. Issue was fully resolved within 2 weeks and they provided excellent communication about the status of the replacement. Delivery teams were professional and very efficient. Exceptional customer service, went beyond expectations
I contacted Boll and Branch because I was looking for split California king sheets. Hard to find. To my surprise, Sherri contacted me and told me that they did not have these at this time, butmany of their customers found that the twin XL bottom sheets fit well for them, and then she offered to send me two at no cost to try out. Who does that, nobody right?! Well, I love the sheets and they did (surprisingly) work for me. They were very soft and I slept the first night for eight hours very unusual for me. I bought a duvet insert, beautifully constructed multiple baffle boxes even heat throughout entire insert no cold toes. Filled out the duvet cover. I have also ordered a bed blanket and some pillowcases to go with my sheets. They allow you to try everything out and return within 30 days even if they are used and washed. How’s that for service! I think unmatched!

Kelly is the greatest
Not only did Kelly answer me quickly, but, gave me a free throw even when I did not quite meet the amount. The sheets are soooo soft and comfy to sleep in. I never had this quality before, as well as the blankets and pillows. Everything I ordered from B&B is absolutely awesome, will never shop anywhere else.
