My customer service experience was great!
The customer service agent I had was Maeve. She was great and very patient with me as I had a crazy amount of stuff going on in my life, and it took me long to reply back to her. I have been a new customer to B&B, but I made quite a lot of purchases between Aug and Dec of 2025. One thing I ordered I didn't use until very early spring, because of my colors. I had an issue with a sham pillow case being faulty. Maeve got the approval for a whole new bedding duvet sham set, and the new suggestion avoided any future issues with fraying. I love the color too! Very happy!
