Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Maeve was so cool and fantastic in answering specific questions I had re: how “we really missed the buttons on the duvet covers”, but so many folks prefer zippers these days. However, we will see upon receiving our newest Reserve duvet cover set & sleep treats-no doubt it will be a real slice! Best bedding we’ve ever slept in.
Michael, thank you so much for your kind words -- we loved connecting with you!
Not only are Boll and Branch sheets an amazing product but customer service is exceptional. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size fitted sheet. After ordering the correct size I was asked why I made this purchase. I explained the situation including the fact I had opened and thrown away all the packaging. I received a response with a return label without even asking. This is a great company that wants to and will keep customers forever!
Lisa, we appreciate this so much! Thank you for being a great customer!
