Beware!
If given the option, I would have chosen to give them no stars. I purchased a gift card for my daughter on July 10th for her birthday on the 13th. There is no electronic option available so the recipient must wait until the card is mailed. Unlike other vendors though, Boll and Branch makes sure to charge your account BEFORE the item ships! Until an item ships, charges should not be applied, period! If it takes this long to get a gift card, how long will it take for my daughter to get her order, provided the gift card ever reaches her?

Just WOW
Just WOW. Boll and Branch is such a quality company and top tier customer service. I ordered a duvet cover which USPS I guess lost. It’s still saying out for delivery but who knows where it is… they reshipped so fast. I was so worried I’d lose the duvet cover and money. Nope! They just re shipped to me, I didn’t even need to worry about it. I will continue to shop at B&B. Kaitlyn in the customer service department is so wonderful, thank you Kaitlyn!! 🙏

Helena K. solved my problem before I had even finished asking the question! She was amazingly pleasant, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and compassionate. I needed help adjusting an order for a gift I had purchased for a friend who has late stage cancer, and she helped me fix the problem so easily so that my friend doesn’t have to do any extra work. I was helped in customer service by Kelly. She resolved my problem of not using the discount code and credited me. She also got the sheets expedited to me and they arrived next day! Needed for a guest arrival. I’ve been using this company for years and no better sheets… and customer service.

I had a wonderful experience with Helena at Boll and Branch. I had a very minor issue that emanated from the warehouse...I called and spoke to Helena. She was friendly efficient, and fixed the issue immediately. The Duvet cover and shams I purchased are beautiful, and the customer service I received was the best. The best combination in a business is not only to have great product, but someone in the background to help and fix any minor occurrence. I was and am very happy with my purchase and most of all the way I was treated by the customer support team. I give them an A+++

I accidentally selected eco-friendly packaging instead of the gift box option for a Waffle Blanket I ordered for my daughter, and reached out hoping to fix it after the order had already been processed. Victor went above and beyond, arranging for a separate empty gift box to be shipped so I could package the gift myself. Boll and Branch delivers a devine product and so well packaged that you know know you are getting something really special as soon as you open the box. I just received their free set of towel offer with a minimum spend. There was heaving paper wrapped around the towels that matched the color of the towels. I can't wait to use them. I also finally took the plunge and splurged on a set of linen sheets. Recently I had Belgium Flax Linen curtains hung and they made such an impact in my bedroom. I don't know how the sheets will work out but I am anxious to try them. I also bought a set of their percale with an embroidered edge. Only criticism is the color they show is not true to color as to what you receive. Still quite lovely. They are pricey but a very high quality product. Their sheets are generously sized including the pillowcases. That's why I keep going back to purchase from Boll and Branch.

Quick service!
I've had nothing but excellent experiences in dealing with Boll & Branch. I hadn't been able to decide which sheets to get based on the product description on the website, and I honestly didn't love the texture of the ones I picked. Then I found out you can order fabric swatches to pick the perfect sheets for you! (I recommend doing this before ordering since there are so many options. I can't wait to try percale next!) I had a minor issue with my order and had to contact customer service- it was such an easy experience and they responded quickly and resolved the issue. If you're thinking about purchasing from them for the first time, just do it. The packaging and unboxing experience is great and their products make great gifts! (Don't be dissuaded by all the people here saying they had some sort of problem- they send a survey with a Trustpilot link to customers who interact with their customer service team, so we are really the only ones who think to come here to leave reviews.)

Dream Robe and Customer Service
I own the Dream Robe and it is by far the best robe I own. I would live in it if that were acceptable! I had an issue with it that was completely my fault and Boll & Branch customer service and went above and beyond to help me. I will absolutely be a returning customer and would recommend them to anyone!

Incredible bedding & exceptional customer service
My Boll and Branch bedding set has exceeded all expectations. It's so comfortable that I actually find myself wanting to stay in bed longer in the morning. I had one minor issue that required an email to customer service. My communication received a response within 30 minutes, and a wonderful resolution within 24 hours. Outstanding!

Customer Service > Products
The Signature Sheet Sets have been excellent, but I've had quality issues with other products. My Essential Blanket pills far more than I'd expect, and my Coverlet sheds small pieces of cotton that end up everywhere. The reason this isn't a lower rating is the customer service. Every interaction has exceeded my expectations, and the team has been responsive and helpful in addressing concerns. Ultimately, though, products come first. At this price point, I expect the quality to match the service. If the products were as consistently strong as the customer experience, this would be an easy 5 stars.
