The rep I talked to solved my problem…
Helena K. solved my problem before I had even finished asking the question! She was amazingly pleasant, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and compassionate. I needed help adjusting an order for a gift I had purchased for a friend who has late stage cancer, and she helped me fix the problem so easily so that my friend doesn’t have to do any extra work. Boll and Branch has restored my faith in humanity! Thank you! Customer for life now.
