Destroyed Shipment, 3+ months late
I have made an order over three months ago. Over one month later the shipment was not sent, I had contacted the vendor to cancel my order. Instead, they had shipped the product a day after my complaint and then said that they can't refund me because the product was already sent. They have consequently kept on refusing to cancel my order although they have breached the terms of service and deadlines. The shipment has finally arrived 3 months after I've made an order. It was poorly packaged and the contents were completely destroyed. The post office had advised me to refuse the delivery because it was shredded to pieces. Certainly they won't send me my money back. Which means that I'm looking at another 3 months of waiting for replacement item, if they even send one. I do not need this item anymore. However as the payment was done via bank transaction it can not be reverted through the bank. Money was stolen. These people are the lowliest of thieves and scammers. You are better off throwing your money out the window in hopes of the wind blowing a random hat back to you in return.
