A good company
Hello, I often see these plants advertised and decided I would purchase. Not long after purchasing, I could tell the plants were not thriving. I reread all of the directions, even specifically about my plants, and did what they said. Still nothing. I reached out to customer service and was told by AI that the plants required time to adjust. At that time, I wasn’t sure how to reach a human and felt very scammed and like I had thrown money in the garbage. Recently, after watching the plants turn mushy with leaves falling off, I tried customer service again. This time I got to a human. Leah was so helpful and replaced my plants despite being outside of the 90 day window. She supplied directions again that I will continue to try. I no longer feel like this was a scam and truly appreciate the help of a human. I highly recommend this company, and do recommend you be aware of your 90 day window, as they are very willing to help, but there are rules to follow.wish me luck with my new plants!!
