Round about / unsolved issue
Super bad service with vpost. Item was delivered to the USA warehouse on June 7th and was made aware it would take 2-5 working days for packages to appear in system. Already 6 working days. Called customer service and emailed but all of them told me different things. All their answers are really standard textbook none helping at all. Take note the seller sent out my package with a tracking number and I double checked the warehouse address before submitting my order. So what is the issue ? Really disappointing and giving me so much headache. Regret using them. Will just stick to using ezbuy.
