Container was paid in full in advance but driver was unable to safely deliver. I agreed it couldn’t be done so we cancelled the delivery. The driver called the office and reported the cancellation as did I. After 48 hours of no refund-$723-I called the office and was told the person that issues refunds wasn’t in. Left another message and tried again the next day. Still got a run around and called American Express Fraud Prevention for assistance. They handled it but still took 2 weeks to resolve. Stay far away from these people
