Good service, great people, however was charged well after my second dumpster. Have found other rentals already for my next load that are cheaper for dumpster rental, and half price for additional ton. Was charged 600$ extra on top of 535 per 20 yard dumpster. Wish I would have looked further into this as I’ve found places around 400 for dumpster with 40$ per extra ton. Won’t be using again.
It was a very simple process to book the dumpster being dropped off and picked up. However, I found out after the fact that they are just a broker and do not actually deliver or pick up the dumpster. It's done by another party. Even though additional charges for over three ton limit are listed on the contract, they never really specified how they would let us know if it was actually over before they charge your card the extra fee. I received an invoice by email after they picked up the dumpster showing there was nothing due, so I assumed contract was closed, and there weren't any additional charges. Then I see a $72 charge on my card that I wasn't notified about. I had to call their office to find out what the charge was for and it was then I was told it was for an overweight charge. I wasn't trying to dispute the fact that the there was an additional charge for anything over 3 tons in the contract. I was asking why there was no communication regarding the additional charge before they charged my card. The person that I spoke to on the phone when I called about it basically was telling me that I was stupid because I didn't read the contract and I should have known. It wasn't about reading the contract.It was about their company notifying me by email or text that the weight was over three tons and they would be charging my card the additional $72. This is why I rated it with three stars. I think communication and service after the sale are pretty necessary. I guess I'm supposed to trust the fact that it was over three tons because they never provided any documentation verifying it.

He was 100% honest with me about that and talked to me about a more affordable option for what I needed. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. I still have 2 dumpsters sitting in my front yard that I've been waiting to get removed for over 3 weeks. they say that their large truck that removes the big dumpsters is down. that's not my fault. I have work to be done and this is holding up progress. I think that they should come remove these 2 dumpsters. they attempted to grab 1 dumpster but the driver broken the JEA water line. the is a disaster and its costing me money. I'm not even receiving return calls or Updates. I think they they should work on their customer service and also come get these 2 dumpsters that are still sitting in my front yard.
