Container was paid in full in advance but driver was unable to safely deliver. I agreed it couldn’t be done so we cancelled the delivery. The driver called the office and reported the cancellation as did I. After 48 hours of no refund-$723-I called the office and was told the person that issues refunds wasn’t in. Left another message and tried again the next day. Still got a run around and called American Express Fraud Prevention for assistance. They handled it but still took 2 weeks to resolve. Stay far away from these people

They're competitively priced (I did the research), they gave me excellent advise on sizing the dumpster I would need, then gave me same-day delivery. I received a reminder to call for pickup several days before my rental period ended, and they picked it up timely. Overall, absolutely outstanding! I'd use them again if ever the need arises.

Gave me a price had the time of delivery set then they sent the contract it was $25 more per ton than quoted plus a $19 convenience charge per container ( to keep the cost down) ? I needed 5 30yd containers for a demolition job this added up to quite a bit I called the salesman back on Friday morning didn’t get a response from him until Monday afternoon he said it was a clerical error (ya right) never said anything about $19 convenience charge so I cancelled the order don’t have time for this kind of nonsense

per Brian

per Brian, the driver was supposed to call us 45 minutes prior to arrival. He did not.

Good rate for a period longer than the competition. Called a couple of days ahead for pickup but took 5 days due to no weekend service. No extra fees but need to abide by written terms exactly. Best to negotiate before signing the agreement.
