Dumpster delivery and order process was…
Dumpster delivery and order process was smooth. When the dumpster arrived the door was painted shut. We had furniture that we had to break down and throw over the top. The was tedious and time consuming.
Sorry to say that your driver was…unable to drop the dumpster and left. Please issue a refund
Sorry to say that your driver was unable to drop the dumpster and left with the dumpster. I called the office and spoke with Chris and asked if you had a 15 yd with higher walls - which you didn't then Chris said that someone would send me a form for a full refund, to date I have not received anything. After your driver left Duke Energy blocked the alleyway doing rewiring. Please issue me a refund to my credit card that you have on file. Sorry that it didn't work out. Robert Spitzer (727) 524-1999
