Appreciate easy to understand answers but candid response. Its good to be able to ask questions and get sufficient responses, unlike services like TMOBILE -- which have repeated stated "we are upgrading antennas, we will check back with you in 3 days --no call start over. Also like that every question got a response, not an overall response. Customer service in chat is 5 star in my opinion, and chat is always my first option.
