Quite a poor VPN especially if in Australia. They really do not cater for Australian customers with only Sydney to choose from with locations. The speed is also horrible with it sitting around 2MB/S and I have 500MB/S internet. I would not recommend this product at all

Its good to be able to ask questions and get sufficient responses, unlike services like TMOBILE -- which have repeated stated "we are upgrading antennas, we will check back with you in 3 days --no call start over. Also like that every question got a response, not an overall response. Customer service in chat is 5 star in my opinion, and chat is always my first option.
