Scam - DO NOT purchase this service
I purchased a lifetime VPN subscription from FastestVPN over a year ago and only recently began using the service. Unfortunately, it has not functioned as advertised. After researching the issue, I found dozens of online complaints from customers reporting similar experiences. What is particularly concerning is that the responses provided by customer support appear limited to temporary workarounds, ineffective troubleshooting steps, or suggestions to purchase an upgraded package rather than resolving the underlying problem. Despite providing countless examples of the issue, including photographs and detailed documentation, I have yet to receive a meaningful or permanent solution. Based on my experience and recent online reviews, the company appears to be aware of these recurring problems but continues to offer responses that do not adequately address customer concerns. As a result, I have not received the service that was promised at the time of purchase. Prospective customers should carefully review independent customer feedback before making a purchase decision. In my experience, resolving these issues has involved extensive back-and-forth communication without a satisfactory outcome, resulting in considerable frustration and wasted time.
