I had to pay $64 USD for a $28 ticket.
I ordered a ticket for the Al-Boraq train from Tangier to Casablanca for June 13th. I originally paid $28.00USD for a ticket, but then I got the following email the following day: "Dear Wesley, We regret to inform you that your train departure is not possible for reasons outside of our control (overbooking, change of schedule, etc). We investigated other available options for you and kindly ask you to choose one of them. This offer expires in 20.0 hour(s) from the moment you received this email. Please note, if you don’t choose any of the options provided, we have to cancel your reservation and proceed with a refund." When I went to the website, there was only 1 option, and that was to pay $36 for a ticket. I thought I was being forced to buy a $36.00USD which I was okay with, but no, it ended up being $36 in addition to the $28 I had already paid. If I had known that I would have cancelled the previous ticket and bought a different option, but I really needed the ticket and it was for the next day so I didn't want to risk cancelling my ticket in case no more seats were available on that train. To sum it up, I ended up paying $64 for a one-way ticket valued at $28. Everything else about my travel experience was great so I gave 3 stars. I would love a refund of $36USD from Rail Ninja if they read this, and I will delete this comment and rating if I get a refund. Sincerely, Wesley James
