Zero Customer Service response, warrantee is useless
my 3 month old teclast tablet, which i use for my cell phone also, broke. i have tried for 3 weeks to contact them via their webvsite. 1) there is an online chat bot, says "We typically reply within a few minutes." i left a dozen messages here over 3 weeks, zero response. 2) i filled out their online email customer service/warrantee claim... no response 3) i called Amazon, notified them of my problem, read on EVERY product they sell from the Telecast score has one star reviews stating the exact same thing.
