I wanted to like them but: I started a subscription, but the first order was delayed (rural area), so food had spoiled. They refunded me for the order(good), but I decided to cancel since I figured the rural area might lead to repeated delays. But I guess the second order was complete on the same say I canceled, so it was shipped anyway, though i was charged 2 days later. I charged for this order, and it arrived soon after I left for work. Packs had melted by the time i returned home, so I was afraid to eat the food. Requested a refund but was denied.
