Do not recommend Stax
My small business was the vicim of a cyber attack on our payment system and Stax shut down our payment processing despite explaining the full situation to them. It has now been almost a month of being unable to accept transactions or process refunds for our customers. Stax is very slow to respond (does not call when we book an appointment, even though we were told to book an appointment), keeps handing the issue to other customer service reps, and refuses to escalate it to anyone higher up to help. We will be canceling our account in full with Stax and have moved to a different payment processor. Do not work with them if you want to actually be able to handle transactions without any issues.
