Boorish customer rep
Received a rude call from Lauren in response to my concerns about two visits in nine days. No door tag was left on second visit and I wanted to make sure they weren’t over fertilizing. She launched into a rapid monologue and never addressed (or understood) my questions. When I asked her to stop taking over me, she said Anthony will call you and hung up. This person should not be working with customers. Canceled my service.
