Their after service and quality is very poor I bought I bought tablet.. It was defective, I paid freight charges and send it for repair on December 2022 and till now I havent received it after the repair.. More then 8months to repair a device...Normally every company gives 12months warranty in their 8months is for repair period Everytime I email them... They ask me wait patiently and I waited 8months patiently, recently I understood that this problem is not just for me... For all customers, who send their device for repair it's been 6months and still dint received them after repair So kindly review this thing before u buy chuwi products
