I am very disappointed with my experience with Kiki Lighting. The lamp I received does not match the photos or the description on their website — the finishes are poor, the cable looks cheap, and there are silver supports and a plastic ceiling plate that were not shown or mentioned. To make matters worse, I contacted customer service immediately after receiving the product, but I have not received any response. This is unacceptable and feels like misleading advertising. I would not recommend this store.
