Ridiculous and not reliable company
Ordered shoes directly from website. Did not fit and were sharp in the back (so I did not want to exchange). To return, you have to write an email. There is no return voucher included in the package. Website claims that you get a response to mails after 24 hours. Had to write 6 Mails and fill out 1 contact form to get a response. I took pictures and had a tracking number but nothing happened. I was really worried about not getting my money back. After one week I wrote an email and they told me that I had to approve that I want to return the shoes although I already told them in my x mails. Then they said, I will get my money in 3 days. After 4 days I had to contact them again. Finally I got my money back. This is ridiculous and for me UIN Footwear is not a reliable company. Verbraucherzentrale told me they sit in china and to not order from them.
