Delivery was PATHETICALLY SLOW and COURIER IS IRRESPONSIBLE.
Delivery was pathetically slow. Took eons for items to be delivered within Singapore, and the courier did not even bother to ring the doorbell when he was here. To save time, he would rather leave the item outside, where item could end up being stolen or drenched by the rain. Its all Shopee's fault as this has been their standard practice since a long time ago. Shopee would NEVER deliver within their promised time frame, and will pacify you with a pathetic $2 voucher (that expires very soon). If you need something urgent, DON'T EVER CONSIDER THIS PLATFORM AS IT WILL PROBABLY TAKE A LONG TIME TO REACH YOU. Even my purchases from China (Taobao) take a shorter time to arrive. Will never buy anything from Shopee again, even if there are cost savings.
YOUR COURIER SERVICE IS PATHETIC
Delivery service is pathetic. 1 courier left my item out in the rain at almost midnight, and the other insisted on leaving my item outside my office even though I told him that its an office address (i specified it clearly when i did my purchase) and no one will be around (as its already late at night and the following day is a public holiday). Thanks for screwing up consistently.
