Borderline scam
Its very unreliable, I suffered data loss and was only able to recover because Dropbox has backups. Everything the other reviewers say about the support team wasting your time with fixes that won't work and trying different methods are true. Multcloud will probably reply to this review with some insincere offer to fix the problem. What they won't do is give you your money back. If you have any technical ability use Rclone. I resisted because it's command line based but in the end that's what I had to use so, it would have been quicker to just make the effort from the beginning.
