What reviewers say

AI generated

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the dedicated support team for their prompt, helpful, and entirely professional assistance when resolving various account inquiries. Many individuals truly appreciate the remarkably quick response times and the effective solutions provided when connecting their different cloud services. However, some customers also noted frustrating issues with unexpected transfer errors, empty folders appearing after syncs, and technical glitches during complex cloud migrations. A few people experienced significant delays, mentioning that the platform felt unreliable and rather inefficient for handling larger sets of personal files. Others reported that support communication regarding billing and account cancellation was sometimes unresponsive.

What people say

MultCloud Is Not Ready for Prime Time

MultCloud Is Not Ready for Prime Time MultCloud reports successful syncs as failures and provides no clear count of successfully synced files or files that failed to back up. Reviewing logs to identify problem files is unnecessarily difficult, leaving users unable to easily verify sync results or determine whether configuration changes are needed. If you enjoy being kept in the dark about your backups, MultCloud is for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere. I'm dumping MultCloud today (10/14/2026).

Doesn't work.

Simply put, it doesn't work. It is easy to connect different services, but you can only copy over the folder structure; nothing inside the folders will copy. Whether you choose backup or transfer or sync, you will only get empty folders. Support isn't available; they will refund your money, which is greatly appreciated, but don't try to help solve the issue. That tells me that its hit or miss and often doesnt work.

Worst decision I ever made to use this

Worst decision I ever made to use this. My phone was getting full and I needed to clear space. I setup Google photos, based on recommendation that it can use AI to sort your photos (another fail) and that MultCloud could move my existing photo backups from my Dropbox. The first few tries failed, and I suspect it was because there were too many to move at once. So I had the painful experience of going through and selecting a few folders at a time to transfer. At the same time, the monthly limit on MultCloud meant that I had to do this over more than a month. Then I realised that it was losing all the folders they came from and just dumped thousands of photos into one big lot. I tried to use AI to help me sort them, but the other issue was that in the transfer, it had also stripped the original date, all every single photo dating back to 2008 is labelled as 2026. So any kind of automated process is seeing these photos as 2026... I thought I'd try again but all the original folders were deleted and now I'm stuck with about 6000 photos from the last 20 years in one big folder and I can't find anything. Would not recommend. You'd be better off transferring manually.

Scam Operator

I paid for a lifetime membership, two days later my entire account had been erased. The invoice email lists supposed Executive managers in Cologne, EU, however the business ownership on the website is domiciled in Hong Kong, and on Trustpilot it is listed with a Singapore address. I believe this is a scam operator and am revoking access to the services I gave it authority to read/write from. Do not trust this platform.

Here is a better and free solution for you.

Here is a better solution for you. Make sure you have for example Dropbox and Google drive connected to your computer. Set all files to be on the server not locally. Drag and drop folders with subfolders and file from one cloud to the other. Simple and reliable and fast (depending on your connection) This solution is wors ethan expected. When it after days started to transfer files it corrupted the filesystem. I should have done it myself. Here is a better solution for you. I should have checked the reviews…

I should have checked the reviews before buying. I purchased a subscription and started a Dropbox-to-Google Drive transfer 14 hours ago. After spending many hours scanning all my files, the transfer has only just started. The current transfer speed is around 2 MB/s, which means the transfer will take about a week. This is far below what I would expect from a cloud-to-cloud transfer service. In my case, it would have been much faster to copy the files locally and let Dropbox and Google Drive handle the synchronization themselves. That approach would also have allowed me to continue working with both services during the migration. Money wasted. I would have been more understanding if MultCloud had clearly explained how its transfer process works, or at least provided realistic estimates of transfer times for different scenarios before purchase. I will now contact MultCloud to request cancellation of my subscription and a full refund. I will update this review with the outcome.

This is a scam !

The support does not respond to my emails, I have been trying to deleted the automatic debit but it is not possible on my own. This is a scam, it is outrageous !! I can not even access to the website and the service that I have apparently paid by force...
