AI generated

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the dedicated support team for their prompt, helpful, and entirely professional assistance when resolving various account inquiries. Many individuals truly appreciate the remarkably quick response times and the effective solutions provided when connecting their different cloud services. However, some customers also noted frustrating issues with unexpected transfer errors, empty folders appearing after syncs, and technical glitches during complex cloud migrations. A few people experienced significant delays, mentioning that the platform felt unreliable and rather inefficient for handling larger sets of personal files. Others reported that support communication regarding billing and account cancellation was sometimes unresponsive.

What people say

An absolute piece of junk

An absolute piece of junk. Was trying to transfer between Dropbox and Google Cloud and it just kept timing out. $99 down the tube. ""Your subscription of "MultCloud (Annual Unlimited)" has been canceled. Please note that a cancelation stops future renewal charges, but does not result in a refund of your order."" Save your money and download your files to your hard-drive and then upload to the cloud.

Demands permission to delete user's files

I was looking for a tool to allow me to export between Google Drive and Icloud. After opening a free accounting, I initiated the transfer but when I refused permission for Multcloud to delete my files, Multcloud refused to carry out my request. After having files deleted from Google Drive before (which is why I now backup to Icloud) I am very reluctant to give an app permission to delete my important files. Thank you - I won't be using nor recommending your product while you demand permission to delete user's files.

Generous 50GB quota for newcomer

After signing up, they gave me 50GB of storage, which is great. Transferring photos and videos from Google Photos to another cloud was very smooth and worked well. I am glad services like MultCloud exist. For people living in poor country where mobile data is expensive, MultCloud is a smart solution for moving files from one cloud to another.

Perfect customer service

Thanks a lot Lanry Lucky 👍🏻 Perfect customer service Understood the challenge, quick in response and providing different potential solutions and within less than 2 days and some exchabge on attempts/failure and next option solution was provided after 3 rounds Really great and others should learn from that perfect example

Can't connect to MEGA cloud storage despite that MEGA is mentioned on the website

As mentioned on many forums for many years, MultCloud can't connect to MEGA cloud storage. This is because MEGA uses zero-knowledge or end-to-end encryption. Nevertheless, MEGA Cloud Storage is still mentioned on the website of MultCloud. On March 28, 2026, I sent this email to Multcloud support: "This week, I have purchased a lifetime unlimited subscription, but I can't log in to Mega. The correct email and password for Mega is entered. No F2A in Mega is activated. I don't use a VPN. But I still get the error message: "Some parameters are not entered correctly, or you have activated F2A." This is the nonsense response I received on March 29, 2026: "For the Mega connection issue, please make sure you log in to the Mega official page and keep the official page in the browser tab. Then, add Mega in MultCloud again. If it still does not work, please offer a screenshot of the issue. BTW, if possible, please offer your Mega account and password so the technicians will reproduce and find solutions for you." I read on some forums that MultCloud support asked for the passwords of MEGA accounts, but I thought that this was just a made-up story until I received the same ridiculous response. Of course, Multcloud might work with other cloud storage. However, the fact that MEGA is mentioned on the website, for many years on many internet forums users have complained that MEGA can't connect, and the nonsensical but dangerous request by Multcloud support to offer my MEGA password makes me skeptical about Multcloud. Fortunately, a refund was issued immediately without delay or strange questions.
