Worst fulfillment company lost me over $1k.
Updated review: I gave them 5 stars originally because the agent at CJ was nice and said I should (this is why they have so many good reviews!) In reality working with this company is a NIGHTMARE. I changed my review after working with these guys for 2 months. By far the worst fulfillment company I have ever worked with in my 2 years of doing e-commerce. Complaints: - 15+ orders misplaced/shipping DELAYED for 40+ days. Resulting in chargebacks and nearly $400 of profit gone. (They still haven't been refunded for ANYTHING) - Shipping out poor quality products to my customers then when I confront them about it, they tell me "they've switched suppliers" but can't refund my 30+ complaints unless they are not damaged/torn (only company that does this) - Horrible processing time (promised 1-5 days and got 10+ at times) - False promises: I was told I would be refunded for my complaints MULTIPLE times. Till this day I have never received a refund from this company. I've worked with the WORST suppliers on Alibaba and even they gave me refunds for nonsense like this because they were smart enough to realize that they would make more money with me in the future REGARDLESS. Complete scam of a company. - The main thing that really ticked me off: I asked for a refund and the agent said they can't.. UNLESS I order more products and then they'll give me the refund in customer credit. If this was any American company they would be SHUT DOWN for this type of scam. I will never work with them again. If you're running a high quality product - Use Zendrop, USAdrop, Hypersku, Commercive, even Alibaba - They all give refunds for situations like this within 24 hours. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone. Even after I've spent $10k+ working with these people they can't even refund a $10 order! Horrible company. Build your relationships with companies/suppliers that actually care about you.
