After purchasing worth of £230 from kiikio,and 2 weeks worth of waiting after paying a solid extra £20 for shipping, they managed to put down my address wrong, to somewhere it didn’t exist. Eventualy one of the packages arrived to my door and then the other package was stolen. After writing them telling them that one of the packages were stolen and I found the items to be worn by someone else in the block I then went and confronted the people who stole but didn’t return the items to me. Me very upset with the situation after I did a review of the shop on tiktok getting them loads of attention. I then proceeded to contact kiikio to ask for support. At first asked them if they could maybe resend the items since I paid so much for it and they refused sending me an automated message saying” Dear valued customer, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Besides requesting from them, I am unable to offer you better advice. However, we would like to compensate you with a discount voucher for your next purchase, providing a 25% discount. We hope this gesture will help ease your frustration. Wishing you a Merry Christmas!“ which I found very insulting and lack of regard for their costumers specially someone who brought them more costumers through social media. So again I tried contacting them saying that i had issues with the items that I manage to get delivered and I ordered them all in bigger sizes that I originally am. They all came so small that I couldn’t even wear it to do the review on my social media. Again asked them if it’s possible to return it and get a bigger size, they replied with a very not supportive response obligating you to to keep the items because they tell you that shipping the items back would cost a lot more than the price you paid originally for the items. Again lying to costumers so they do t return an item they aren’t satisfied is very much wrong and illegal to do so. And before anyone says I’m being too harsh on them. I had many people that follows me complaining about the lack of support and issues they had with this company. And all because I thought that this store being such a small business they would care more about the people who purchases from them. So in my opinion I would recommend anyone buying or thinking of buying form this store to really think twice before going through with it. Because the changes of you having a bad experience with them. Is very high. I hate giving bad reviews to stores but if I don’t then they are likely not to change a thing about their behaviour towards people who buys from them. And for KIIKIO if you reading this. Please do better!!
