Weird service. Support is not responding.
I confirm reviews with various problems that indicate that the support service is ignoring and not responding. But in my case, I didn’t even manage to use their services, because after registering there, I had to fill in preliminary data, after which I had to wait for the sales department to contact me. And as indicated there, up to 30 days can take. So for several months no one contacted me at all. To my questions in support, about when the sales department will contact me, no one answered me! In general, for several months my account is just in the sandbox and support is not responding.
