I am currently residing in Exmouth UK. NO problem at all using my Citi Debit Card until the transition. Completely shambolic!. UOB BLOCKED my Citi Debit Card completely for all transactions for NO REASON! In UOB WEBSITE....Citi Customers may use their Citi Debit Card until new UOB Debit Card issued in Q4 2023. THIS IS UTTERLY NONSENSE!! Sent numerous emails to UOB CS and all they say :we apologize bla bla and will arrange a callback..!. Unable to make cash withdrawals from ATM in UK and my Debit Card decline at various shops in UK have caused total embarrassment and inconvenience. All efforts exhausted and need urgent attention from UOB - Escalated message via messenger platform to UOB CEO NG WEI WEI of my frustration and received ZERO REPLY. IS THIS WHAT UOB CEO CLAIMED SEAMLESS TRANSITION.??? UTTER MADNESS WHEN SUCH ORGANISATION FAILED TO CLEAR EVERYTHING UP FAIRLY QUICKLY.
