Ordered Sat, arrived Tues!
Okay, so after reading so many horror stories I thought it was important to write this review. I purchased the Wahl Vanish Shaver. The price was good and free shipping was great. I received an email confirmation of my order immediately (Saturday) I then received an email saying we have finished processing your order (Sunday) Then nothing from parcelforce until 20minutes before it was delivered (Tuesday) I think if there was a better system for delivery tracking information there would be far less negative reviews. When I inspected the shaver, the packaging wasn’t wrapped in cellophane, however the shaver was great. I dropped 1 star for the lack of tracking available

Great service and fast communication
My parcel of 4 products was damaged enroute. Beauty Kicks, was the fdamage had been confirmed, responede super quickly and replace the damaged bottle promptly without any fuss. Great company to deal with :)

Absolutely disgusted with beauty kick and their customer service. My first time ordering and I heard good things, I ordered some clippers as I am a newly qualified barber. Bear in mind these are over £100. Clippers were faulty resulting in me returning them for a new pair to be sent out. Unfortunately my parcel has been lost at the fault of Royal Mail. However I have been trying to get in touch with beauty kick everyday for 2 whole weeks!! At first they would send one message a day however now after 4 consecutive messages from me are no longer responding. Royal Mail states that because beauty kick offers free refunds they will have to refund us or send us a new pair. But I cannot get in contact as they will not reply. I’m completely shocked and disappointed after I has heard such good thing. DONT SHOP HERE

Wrong item sent – contacted same day, still no reply
I received the wrong item in my order. I emailed Beauty Kick on the same day to report the mistake and request a free replacement or refund, but have not received any reply. The seller has now sent me a link to leave a review instead of resolving the issue. Until this is sorted, I would caution other buyers about the risk of receiving incorrect items and poor after‑sales support.
